Our Process
At Someshwar Dairy, we believe that great ghee starts with patience and purity. Our process follows the classic Bilona technique – right from curd preparation to slow simmering.
Fresh A2 cow milk is collected from trusted farms and checked for quality at every stage.
Milk is turned into curd, then gently churned to extract makkhan (white butter) the traditional way.
The makkhan is slowly heated, allowing the rich nutty aroma and golden colour to naturally develop.
The Bilona method preserves the goodness of cultured ghee – rich flavour, better digestibility and a comforting aroma that reminds you of home.
